Welcome to our brand-new, purpose-built school site at Tiled House Lane.
As of January 2026, Pens Meadow School has successfully consolidated from its previous two-site model into a single, state-of-the-art facility. Our new home brings together our entire school community, from nursery through to Post-19, under one roof, providing a seamless educational journey for all our pupils.
Key Features of Our New Campus
Our new site was custom-designed to meet the complex needs of our pupils. By moving to a single location, we have eliminated the need for travel between sites and created a unified environment where resources and expertise are shared daily.

Specialist Classrooms: 14 large, adaptable classrooms equipped with tracked hoists and the latest learning technologies.

Hydrotherapy Suite: A modern, stainless steel hydrotherapy pool used for physical therapy and sensory regulation.

Rebound Therapy Room: A dedicated space featuring a floor-level trampoline to support motor skill development and exercise.

Outdoor Learning: Extensive grounds including a Forest School area, purpose-built playgrounds, and secure courtyards that bring natural light into the heart of the building.

Independent Living: A specialised food technology room with an independent living space designed to help our older students prepare for adulthood.

Therapy & Group Rooms: Purpose-built spaces for individal and group therapy, nursing support, and sensory integration.
Our Journey to One Site
For many years, Pens Meadow operated across two separate locations: our original home at Ridge Hill in Wordsley and our Post-14 site at Pensnett.
In late 2025, we began a phased transition to our new multi-million-pound facility on the site of the former Pensnett High School.
This move has allowed us to increase our capacity to 155 places and introduce a dedicated Nursery Assessment Unit, ensuring we can support Dudley’s children and young people from their earliest years through to adulthood.
